Dijon Herb Vinaigrette

1/2 cup brown rice vinegar
1/4 cup chardonnay wine
1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 cup macadamia, grapeseed or walnut oil
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp. tarragon
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. Bioforce Herbamare
2 tblsp. chicken broth, organic free range or water

Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat with a fork until well blended.
